Dr. Walton has been so kind and such an example of professional courtesy in an age where everyone seems to be out for themselves. First, he came in on a Sunday afternoon to help me with my issue; I’m not even his patient, I’m just here from out of state for a few months. He was so gracious to give me his time to fix my problem and would not accept any payment. Then, when I had the same problem a month later, he worked me into his schedule and addressed the problem, and again he accepted no compensation. This is the type of person that you want taking care of you and your family. I wish he were my primary care orthodontist.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. I had a problem that needed attention and the staff got me in, even though I’m not a patient. My daughters both had their orthodontics done by Dr.Walton and we have nothing but glowing reviews. Definitely consider him when looking at orthodontists in Casa Grande!

10 stars! Dr. Walton is THE MAN! He is So patient, caring and knowledgable. His staff is just as professional and caring as he is. I went in with a botch othro job and what orthodontics couldnt master in 6 years, Dr. Walton acheieved in 11 months. I would highly recommend his office if youre an adult ortho case.

6 stars!! I am visiting and had a painful problem with my braces. I called and was treated so kindly by the staff, who found me a spot the next morning. Dr Walton, who was caring and patient, fixed me right up; I left a very happy patient. I am so thankful for their over-the-top generosity and kindness toward me, whom they didn't even know. I highly recommend this practice!

I have been going to Dr. Walton for more years than I can count on one hand. I’ve had quite the journey with my teeth, from knocking out my two front teeth when I was 18 months old, to having braces two separate times over a span of up to 7 years. I wouldn’t have chose any other Orthodontist. Not only is Dr. Walton and his team amazing at creating authentic smiles, he is an amazing friend. I could even call him and his staff family. He always cares about how you’re doing and wants you to have the best smile on your face. I love Dr. Walton and would recommend him over any other orthodontist! He is truly remarkable at what he does and just seeing him and hearing about him truly puts a smile on my face.

Thank you Dr. Walton! We are from out of state... my daughter started having issues with her braces. She called multiple clinics and not a single one was willing to help her. Dr. Walton was kind enough to see her and fixed all of her issues in no time at all. The entire staff here is wonderful. They are friendly, kind and professional. They accept our insurance and payments from our flexible spending account (FSA). Everything including scheduling, payments, timeliness, flexibility, and friendliness were 5 star experiences for us.We definitely recommend Walton Orthodontics... so much so, that our next child is in process to receive services here also.

I want to give a 5 star shout out to Walton Orthodontics!! Upon my arrival to Casa Grande I was in need of an orthodontist; being from out of state I wasn't sure if anybody would take me since I was just visiting and not a patient of theirs. After being declined by the first office I called, I contacted Dr. Waltons office. I explained to the friendly lady that I had a retainer wire that had come loose on one end and that it was not real comfortable! She offered me an appt. that very day! Dr. Walton not only cemented the one I asked him to fix but I also had another that had come loose and he offered to cement also! Sure am a happy camper now that I don't have to put up with a loose wire inside my mouth...don't hesitate to give these generous and KIND folks a call, especially if you need an orthodontist quickly !

Dr. Walton and his team are the best in town and if you are looking for an orthodontist please look no further! Let me tell you why. I was referred to Dr. Walton and wasn’t sure initially about going to the consultation just because this would be my THIRD time getting braces after having them twice with previous orthodontists and I thought hmm I’m going to get the same run around and same result, as I have a very complicated case. Then I thought well a consultation won’t hurt. I went in for my consultation & Dr. Walton and his team have exceeded my expectations! All of his staff are warm and friendly from his front office team to his back office team they really do make you feel like family! Dr. Walton was the ONLY orthodontist that I’ve been to and consulted with that was very honest with me and discussed different options that would cater to me and my case personally. It’s true when they say THIRD times a charm because I decided to get braces again! Only this time I am way more confident in my case and trust that Dr. Walton will get me the best results. Will be referring everyone to him!

Dr.Walton and his staff are simply Amazing! They all make you feel comfortable from the initial phone call to coming in the office. I can say enough about how professional they all are. We are blessed to have them in Casagrande and I would drive to them if they were in another location. I came here today to see if I was eligible for braces. And I was completely satisfied with my care. I felt welcomed and loved by these people I’ve never met before. They have my the best treatment and assured me I was in good hands. They didn’t make me feel like just another client but a true person who they will remember. I wanted to get my braces on as soon as possible and I let them know that. And I was SO excited to find out that they scheduled me a week from now!!!! Only a one week wait! This is truly that best service me and my family has EVER received! And since they knew me and my little brother were new patients they gave us a tour of the place and even told us about a contest where you can win a pair of custom vans. I am truly exited to see them next week! And I highly recommend!

We knew before our oldest child needed braces that we would be going to this office! We’ve seen so many great results and heard wonderful things about the staff and their hard work and friendliness! As I’ve observed the staff and Dr. Walton interact with other patients and families I’ve noticed how much they care about everyone! They calm your worries about braces- it is, after all, really new and weird for anyone going through it (patient or parent). This office is the best and really wants what is best for their patients and considers each patient’s needs and how to make them most comfortable. You won’t be disappointed in their work!

Walton Orthodontics raises the bar on orthodontic care! The staff are so helpful and patient. They run a tight ship and keep the communication very clear and update parents on all changes. My children look forward to their appointments because they get treated so well and even earn prizes for keeping each appointment. Dr. Walton has decades of experience working in Casa Grande, and connects well with his patients. My children are slow to open up to most doctors, but really felt at ease from day one. It's clear the entire staff are passionate about being the best and giving each patient the best care possible.

I’m a dentist new to the Casa Grande area and went to visit Dr Walton’s office to meet his team, unannounced. I was immediately impressed by his front office team’s friendly welcoming smiles. Dr Walton appeared to be busy with patients but he took a minute to say hello and introduce himself- he was very personable. I was impressed with his systems and organization and feel confident referring my patients to his office for their orthodontic needs. Would definitely recommend this office.

We have had 2 kids go through braces here and both experiences have been fantastic. Everyone in the staff is a delight to work with. They know my kids by name and are always inquiring about how they are doing in and out of the office. One of the staff members even recognized us outside of the office and chatted with us for a bit.It's a family business with a family focused atmosphere. The office is decorated with pictures of the staff and their family. A screen cycles through pictures of patients with huge smiles that got their braces off. The office is always clean and never smells like a dentist office.They also have a token system that the kids enjoyed saving to trade in for gift certificates. When my son got his braces off, he was presented with a mug with some goodies inside.I have a 9 year old that, if needing braces, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my 2 kids for an orthodontic consultation and Dr. Walton was so helpful. He played a video to visually show me and the kids the whole before and after process of braces. He included my kids in the entire process and asked for their opinion not just mine. We will definitely be getting braces here!

What a GREAT experience! I was 63 years old and decided to finally do something about my crooked teeth. When I started this process, I was surprised to find that I had much more serious issues than just crooked teeth. Dr. Walton and his staff are so wonderful and make you feel like you are a part of their family from the start! I was totally at ease thru the whole process. Everyone there is so kind, compassionate, caring and down right FUN!!Two and a half years later, all my issues are fixed and I love my smile now!!Whether you are young or old, I would recommend Dr. Walton and his staff for ANY of your orthodontic needs!!

The place is great! I recently just got braces there and they were very gentle, they had a movie play so you can see it and gave us a free lunch for the braces. Plus, they had pesos and collect them to get prizes! Take your kid to this place for dentistry.

Dr. Walton was recommended by our dentist, and coming here has been such a pleasure. Started with my daughter when she was 11. Dr. Walton is so experienced and noticed on a routine xray that my daughter had a third front tooth hiding in her mouth that ended up needing to be surgically removed. He was so kind and answered all of my crazy mom questions and did a doctor to doctor phone call with the surgeon he referred us to. She just got her braces removed and things look great! I also have to give credit to his office staff - just the best! Office has a fun vibe. Totally worth the drive!

My family and I have only had positive experiences at Walton Orthodontics. There is a genuine care in the service provided. As a teen I had braces and wasn't 100% happy with the outcome. My son was a patient and I asked Dr. Walton if there was anything he could do about the minor issues I had. He gladly fine tuned a few things and I have been so happy with the results. My son has his braces off now and everything looks great ! Luckily , I have a couple more kids that will be in need of Dr. Walton's help in the future.

The incentive’s for the kids to brush, or not forget to wear their rubber bands, report cards, etc….. & then reward them with “pesos” for gift cards is ingenious!!!
